Gathering at the agreed place at Bjelašnica at the agreed time, getting to know and then heading towards the track for learning the ski technique accompanied by the trainer.

- Getting to know the equipment needed for skiing.

- Demonstration of dressing of a canine by the trainer.

- Demonstration of proper skiing, as well as correct skid removal from the legs and proper skiing.

- Adopting the equilibrium technique on skis.

- Correct stop on the track.

- Adopting the technique of overcoming curves on the ski path.

- Test the downhill with the application of the aforementioned adopted technique

- Go to the ski lift and stand alone down the ski trail accompanied by the trainer.

- An hour's break for sandwich and tea, as well as breaks as needed by individuals.
